Bill Cartwright, a Hall of Famer at the University of San Francisco and a five-time NBA Champion, recently published his debut book - a sports autobiography named "Bill Cartwright: Living Life at the Center", which includes a foreword by two-time World Series champion and former MLB manager Dusty Baker.

"From my journey beginning in Elk Grove to being launched into the NBA from the Hilltop, the University of San Francisco has always been a vital part of who I am," said Cartwright. "Through the different business adventures I have explored, it has always been my mission to give back and spread the knowledge I have learned to this local community."

As a three-time All-American on the Hilltop, Cartwright has made it his mission to give back to the community that launched his career. Born nearby in Elk Grove, CA and raised in the surrounding Sacramento area, Cartwright's story is different as it is one propelled by normalcy, love and affection, hard work and persistent practice. As a member of the world-renowned Chicago Bulls teams of the 1990's, Cartwright has left an indelible mark on the sport both on and off the court. Throughout his life, Cartwright has grown to become a dedicated mentor and leader who is known for his unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity.

In this autobiography, Cartwright offers readers into his mind as he expands on leadership, teamwork and professional growth. Specifically, the former NBA coach highlights the experiences that have defined his path. From his early days in California to championship parades in Chicago, Bill's story is one of perseverance, dedication and unwavering commitment.
